Shipping Cost

• The shipping cost for orders under 100 euros is 3.00 euros.

• Shipping is FREE for orders over 100 euros.

Products Preparation & Shipping

Time The time we need to start shipping our products is determined from 1 to 24 hours from the submission of the order (except Sunday). The standard delivery time of the products is 1-3 working days and is defined from the day the shipping starts. In case of remote and inaccessible areas it will take 1-2 extra days.

Our store does not bear any responsibility for deliveries that have been delayed because of external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

The available delivery methods are:

• Shipping via ACS with charges for all items as described above.

• Picking-up from the store, after appointment.

Cash on delivery costs €2 and is valid for all items up to the amount of 500 euros. In case of special circumstances and force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.) Smartek does not bear any responsibility for the delay in delivery of the product. For shipping abroad, the price is composed of the shipping costs themselves and is displayed in detail before the completion of your order.

Processing of Orders

Orders are processed, products are collected and shipments are made daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and on days when our warehouse is closed due to the annual inventory.

Delivery time indications and availability

Please note that before you proceed with completing your order, you will see an indication of each product availability. The time declared is indicative and not binding. It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability is made during the order processing and the products collection at the distribution center. There we finalize and plan the shipment of your order with all the products which availability is confirmed.

If the products are not available, we reserve the right not to accept this specific order and to reject the sale. In this case we will contact you and refund you the total amount of the price paid for the canceled order. Orders are processed daily during working days and hours.

Information on the products that are not available

In case the products are not immediately available but upon order, we will contact you and inform you on the estimated delivery time of the products. The notification is usually made within the next two working days from the date of the order using the contact details you indicated in your order.
